Welcome from your guides

Hi there, and congratulations on getting into BSc DM at Copenhagen Business School – we’re so excited to welcome you!

You’re about to begin an exciting journey that blends business, tech, and digitalisation – and we’re here to make sure your start at CBS is as smooth (and fun!) as possible. As your study startguides, our job is to help you settle in, meet your new classmates, and feel at home – both academically and socially.

Over the coming weeks, you’ll get to know CBS, explore the campus, dive into the study culture, and of course, take part in lots of fun activities designed to bring the whole DM community together. Whether you’re coming straight from high school, a gap year, or somewhere else entirely, we’ve got your back!

See you soon,
Your Study Start Coordinators and Guides

Welcome from Study Director

Dear new Digital Management students

Welcome to Copenhagen Business School and welcome to BSc in Business Administration and Digital Management. DM is a relatively new programme, started in 2018 with the ambition to give students an understanding of business in the digital age. Over the next three years, you will not only get skills in traditional business topics such as finance, accounting, strategy and organization, but also in digital innovation, new technologies and advanced ways of working with data. Also, you will learn about data protection, privacy, ethics and responsibility in digital environments.

At DM, you will become part of a thriving and supportive study environment, with lots of academic curiosity and lots of social activities. The coming years will be lots of hard work and lots of fun, and I encourage you to make the most of the opportunity. I hope your time at CBS will be an exciting learning experience, and I look forward to meeting you very soon

Best,

Mikkel Flyverbom

Study Director and professor of Communication & Digital Transformations
Copenhagen Business School
