Welcome from Study Director

Welcome from the Program Director

Dear new Service Management students,

Welcome to the BSc in Business Administration and Service Management at Copenhagen Business School!

Over the next three years, you will study at one of Europe’s leading business schools, diving into the dynamic and ever-evolving world of services—the largest and fastest-growing sector globally. The core strength of the Service Management program lies in its evidence-based, forward-looking and value-driven approach to service management. You will gain insights into how services are managed, developed and innovated across a range of contexts. Moreover, our program offers you the opportunity to specialize in one of the following areas in the second year: Service innovation, culture and tourism, or digital services. Each path opens doors to unique professional futures in a globalized, service-driven economy.

But university is about much more than what happens in the classroom. It is about discovering how you learn best, finding your voice in an international environment, building new friendships, and becoming part of a strong academic and social community. At CBS—and especially within the Service Management program—we take pride in fostering a study culture where students and teachers work together to create a supportive and inclusive environment that is key to both academic success and student wellbeing.

Once again, it is a great pleasure to welcome you to our program, and I look forward to meeting you very soon.

Best,
Claudia Eger

Academic Study Director and Associate Professor
